We send a small number of business-to-business emails about the tools listed on this site, from outreach@mail.lightcube.app. The contact details we use are business addresses published by the organisation itself or held on a public register. We only email organisations that are registered companies, LLPs or public bodies: we do not send marketing email to sole traders or ordinary partnerships, because PECR treats them as individual subscribers. Our lawful basis for using the contact details is legitimate interests, telling a business about software built for its exact job.
We record the address, the organisation, where the address came from and what we sent. Open and click tracking are switched off on our sending domain, so we do not know whether you read a message.
Reply "stop" to outreach@mail.lightcube.app or ops@lightcube.app and we delete the address from our sending lists and add it to a suppression record so it is not contacted again.
We keep a contact record for 12 months after the last email we send, then delete it. Suppression records are kept indefinitely, because that is the only way to be sure you are not contacted again. Our email is sent through Resend, mail to ops@lightcube.app is routed by Forward Email into a Gmail mailbox we control, and this site is hosted by Vercel. They process the data on our instructions, on servers that may be outside the UK. We do not sell contact details or pass them to anyone else.
mtd.lightcube.app takes aggregate client counts, never client names or tax references. rams.lightcube.app checks the text in your browser: the document you paste is not sent to us or stored. Neither tool needs an account, and neither is used to build a marketing profile of you.
Vercel hosts these pages and records request logs. Vercel Web Analytics counts page views without cookies and without tracking individuals across sites. The typeface loads from Google Fonts, so Google receives your IP address when a page opens. There are no advertising trackers here.
You can ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, ask us to restrict how we use it, and object to our use of it. Email ops@lightcube.app and we answer within one month. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
